Standard hardware, no proprietary box
Kassavera runs on everyday hardware you can buy anywhere. Or we’ll deliver a pack that’s ready to use.
What you need
Tablets and phones (optional)
Any recent Android tablet, iPad or phone with Chrome, Edge or Safari. Nothing to install: just scan a QR code.
80 mm receipt printer
With an Ethernet port, ESC/POS compatible: for example Epson TM-T20III, Epson TM-m30III or Star TSP143IIILAN. No driver needed.
Cash drawer
Any 24 V drawer with an RJ11/RJ12 plug (Epson, Star, Safescan…), connected to the printer. It opens by itself on cash payments.
Barcode scanner (optional)
Any USB or Bluetooth scanner in keyboard mode. Plug in, scan: that’s it.
Backup USB stick
Leave it plugged in: it gets an automatic copy every day and at every till close.
Your card terminal
Worldline, CCV, SumUp, Viva… Keep your contract: take payment on the terminal and confirm in Kassavera.
Your internet router
To link the PC, printer and tablets over Wi-Fi or cable. The internet itself isn’t needed to sell.
Cloud backup (optional)
A continuous off-site copy of your data, hosted in Europe, for peace of mind.
